Avoid this place. It's just lipstick on a pig. I was told my apartment would be cleaned because it had a layer dust, dirt, and random hairs when I viewed it. I was also told that repaired would be made prior to moving in. Suprise come moving day, the apartment wasn't touched. My maintenance requests were closed out without my knowledge. It took multiple requests and 3 months before anything was addressed. I pay $95 a month to rent washer and dryer that are run down. They installed dirty uncleaned machines. When I asked it to be cleaned they told me to clean it myself. I tried. The dryer was a fire hazard and had to be replaced. For the first 2 months of paying for trash valet service, it was never picked up. I'd have to call the office and then someone might come to get it. I had to bring

As far as the apartment I love the large deck and I have enjoyed living here for the most part. I have been here over a decade but will be moving to a house soon. The management has really gone downhill since I moved in. The current manager charged my neighbor who has really serious medical issues a $600.00 penalty because my dog walked into her apartment. I pay her to walk my dog for me while I’m at work so he’s not cooped up for over 12 hours and all she did was bring him in to get her dog ready to walk.She already pays the pet fee.He also refused to look at the security camera at the pool after someone stole all of our stuff because he said that I put our things out before pool hours, which I and many other residents have done ever since I moved here. Probably the best-run apartment I’ve ever seen. The property is very clean, the apartments are spacious, maintenance requests are handled swiftly, and management is always helpful. I would highly recommend it.

We love our home at RM. We were new to the area and new to apartment living after many years. They charged WAY too much for our deposit (our credit wasn't good, but our references and income were). Still, we paid the outrageous request and moved in. All that said, we really enjoy living here. It's quiet. It's safe. (Number one requirement on our list when we were looking) and it's very spacious (9 foot ceilings). It's near everything we want to be near. Lacey runs a tight ship, which is good. The grounds are kept clean. The maintenance staff is top notch. Donny and his crew are great. Both Corey and Renee are personable and helpful. The off site, contracted after-hours answering service however needs some serious work, as they don't listen and can be rude. The amenities are

Me and my fiancée toured here recently. And we absolutely loved it we toured about 13 places after originally picking about 40 and narrowed it down to those 13 to tour. This was the absolute best. Sidney was our tour guide, she had the most superb customer service ever. Above and beyond to do anything she could. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The perfect customer service didn’t stop with her or after the tour either. Since then we’ve called and revisited and the others members of the staff are also exceptionally friendly. The apartments themselves are so spacious and clean. Very surprisingly quiet given the location right off Nicholasville rd. The appliances are amazing, closets are to dream for.
