Working with RL Management has been overwhelmingly positive. I first began working with Lauren Begley 3 years ago and found her to be professional, efficient and courteous. I now work with Michael Short as the property manager of both my properties and find him to be equally as impressive as Lauren! I highly recommend RL Management to take care of all your property management needs.

My husband and I were just accepted to rent a home through RL Property Management, and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience—especially working with Kendra. The application process was very thorough, and Kendra was there every step of the way to guide us through it. I had many questions throughout the process, and she was always quick to respond with clear, thoughtful answers. Kendra has been an absolute dream to work with—kind, understanding, incredibly prompt, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and we are so grateful for her support.

Michael Short and team were great at handling a few tricky situations that occurred with my residence. They were responsive and considerate. It’s rare to come across such great landlords/property management! Things got done timely.

We had a call with Sara Marion with RL Property Management the other day. She is very friendly and helpful. She walked us through using their website and is now our one contact person to help us with our rental. Overall great experience!

I've been very happy to be renting with RL Property Management for three years and just signed for another two. Their Meld system for maintenance has worked very well. I understand the property owner has the final approval but RL has been very responsive. I will say the initial rental process was frustrating because they rely on email and not personal connections. At that point I would like to talk to a human but once we got over that (and I got to know the office manager) it has been a good experience.
