Horrible Property Management Group. They care nothing about the neighbors of the properties they are managing. They don't even know the boundaries of the properties they are renting out. They tell their renters the wrong property lines causing dispute on where their renters are to cut their grass, so the renter tells the neighbor (me) "I ain't cutting that, that's your property... my management company told me..." Mind you I have lived and owned this home for 34 years... I've never had a problem with any of my neighbor's. And to top it off, whoever works the phones at this management company, rjk management company was extremely rude and way off base. She had no idea what was going on and accused me of harassing my neighbor when all I did was ask why this a chunk of grass was not being cut

I rented from RJK for several years and they always took good care of us. We never had to wait long when we had a maintenance request, and they were always super responsive to our messages. The ladies in the office are all so friendly, and Beverley especially made our rental experience positive for the almost decade we rented from them.

Me and my ex husband rented from them some years ago and the rent was reasonable, they care about there tenants when one of the properties was having issues the set us up in another property even moved our furniture for free they are very caring ppl I give them a 5

I love these guys .the owner Rick is awesome and his staff are very nice to me whenever I need repairs there are no hesitation.

The people that work in the office has a HORRIFIC LACK of COMMUNICATION! And they enjoy retaliation when corrected!!!
