RJB Community Management

Worst management company I have ever dealt with in my years as a property owner/realtor. They use strong arm tactics, sticking attys on ppl during a global pandemic. This racks up unnecessary legal fees for those already dealing with financial hardships. The company is nonexistent, except for applying legal pressure - completely unresponsive. Wouldn't suprise me if this was a shell compnay run by Trump and/or the Kushner fam with their disriminatory and oppresive shake-down tactics.

This management company uses oppressive tactics to discriminate against persons who bring legitimate issues to bear; all the board HOA Members at the community I live in are non-minorities. Together, the HOA and board work with long time unit owners to enable discriminatory practices that keep unit owners from making simple adjustments near to limited common elements. This practice is not applied unilaterally to all unit owners. Some unit owners are allowed to make changes, seemingly, at whim. When they are pressed for information or to make long over due repairs - they will use the full 30 days allotted to them by law to respond, and then respond in such a way that affords them another 30 days to take action.

This management company is absolutely the worst I have worked with. They are unprofessional and non-responsive. Multiple emails requesting information go ignored. Do not hire this company, run away and find a different management company for your property or association.
