If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would Rizzetta Property Management is rude, unprofessional, and lazy when it comes to handling reported issues. They don’t investigate, they don’t resolve, and they act like doing their job is an inconvenience. Instead of taking accountability, they’d likely nitpick this review just to defend themselves—proving the exact poor service I experienced. I would never recommend them, nor would I want to live in a community managed by them.

Absolutely horrible. I have lived at a property managed by this company for over a year and have never received a call back or information regarding power outages, plumbing issues, and now a potential vehicle theft. Short of charging their community members staggering HOA fees North of $300/month, I have absolutely no idea what they do. I'm sure it must be a great place to work considering no one ever seems available to take calls. Absolutely steer clear of any property managed by this company.

We had a water leakage issue in my husbands bedroom window. I took pictures, sent an email to our Summer Key Manager, Lindsey Norman, informing her of the issue and asking for help. She emailed me back shortly, telling me to expect a call within 24 hours from D and R contractors. The very next morn, at 8:15 am, I received a call from the contractors!! Wow! They came to our condo a little after 9am same day, investigated the issue, addressed the problem with the leak evidence inside and on the outside where they confirmed the leak was occurring. While here, they cleaned , treated and re-caulked the inside window area where the leaking occurred. They also sealed the cracks found on the outside as well. Terrible terrible company. If you’re not careful, they will try to get you kicked out of your home. I missed two HOA payments. Then they sent my case to a law firm. They were threatening to foreclose on my home. I was only behind $200. I ended up paying $1300. Because the lawyer fees were 600+ the two that owe them plus the late fees and other things they added on. Before this company HOA fee was 125 now is 210. We don’t have no park in our neighborhood. Nothing has changed no swimming pools. Nothing, there’s a neighborhood right down the street. Same house build same company built the homes. Their HOA is only $40. They have a swimming pool a park I just don’t understand. Of course, I’m going to have trouble sometimes paying bills. I have eight kids. But one thing I know this company don’t

Once again Ms. Allison to my rescue! There was a miscommunication with work done at our home that turned out to be something that my husband & I loved! This meant we had to go back to our HOA & get the changes approved! I sent an email to Ms. Allison & she helped to make sure our mishap was taken care of! We love our new home even more because of it!
