Cannot say enough good things about this place. Brand new building, every amenity you can think of, and great staff. Andres was my agent for the move and was super respectful, patient, and helping with the process. They really have it in check here. And the gym is absolutely stunning with it being on the highest floor, best view from any gym in the city.

Rivr Lofts is an exceptional place to live! The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect—just minutes from Las Olas Boulevard, so you’re close to great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The team here truly sets Rivr Lofts apart. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Andres is amazing—knowledgeable, helpful, and always goes above and beyond. It’s clear the whole team works together to create a welcoming, stress-free experience. I highly recommend Rivr Lofts!

We recently moved to the U.S. and chose Rivr Lofts as our new home. We really love the location, the fact that the building is brand new and very clean, and that it always smells fresh. There are also many great amenities available, including bikes, a BBQ area, workspaces, and much more. One of the most important things for us is the friendly staff. One of the main reasons we decided to stay here is Stacy, who is incredibly friendly, polite, and always genuinely willing to help. She not only assists with anything related to the building and resident needs, but also gives great local recommendations - where to eat, what food is best to order for delivery, where to get a good manicure, and more. Even though this is clearly beyond her direct responsibilities, it’s obvious that she truly care

Stacy made our tour at Rivr Loft Apartments an amazing experience from start to finish. She greeted us with a smile, offered us coffee, and kept it real the entire time.
