Do not rent here. No updated units. Plumbing is horrible. The owner SUD SINGH does not help at all and is greedy. He's always hiring new leasing agents. There is a new person every month. They will charge you a different fee from what others get. I had 1 dog he tried charging me $500 for my pet to stay on property but charged my neighbor $350 for 2 dogs. Maintenance does not know how to fix things correctly. You can't not get a hold of someone when you need something. I signed my lease in 2023 covering first last and security. I gave the property notice on docUsign and in person on paper on 10/10/2025 stating that I am moving out and will not be renewing for 11/30/2025. On 11/5/2025 the put a letter on my door saying that I still owe November's rent when I just signed 3x to move out. I we
