Rivery Park Apartments

Overall a great place to live, with super nice, clean apartments and new appliances. Convenient location, lovely pool, and close to a great park. You're steps away from Rivery Park with playgrounds and trails along the San Gabriel River. They have a beautiful gym, outdoor lounge with television, and my favorite, an indoor lounge with a pool table and latte machine. The complex is always treating us to fun things as well, like donuts, cookies, food trucks, you name it. If you're considering this location, it's best to just come and tour it. The front office people are very helpful and will help you find the perfect apartment for you.

I moved to Rivery Park Apts in 2022 from out of state. The office staff then were friendly, welcoming and communicated well. Standards started declining in 2024. With new management they started neglecting maintenance of apts and surroundings. When my lease was about to end, this year, I didn't get any notification from the office like previously. However, I had dates saved in my phone. I gave the 60 days notice to move on time. They had me complete the move out form. But never explained that I needed to have a professional cleaner complete the apartment cleaning and that I was required to provide a receipt frpm the cleaning company when turning in keys. I found out accidentally 2 days prior to turning in keys that this needed to be done or they were going to charge me $300. I was ver

Moved in to the apartment on the 10th of October. Discovered two roaches running through the kitchen and dead bugs in every bathroom drawer. The tenant above me wears shoes and is up at 5am every morning. The dog park is gated and right behind my apartment so it smells all the time outside. The fire alarm goes off at 7am and intermittently for that hour. There is old BBQ chicken on the patio door that's been there from the last tenants. Found a 22LR round laying on the patio that if I had a little child could have swallowed. They used the worst painters out there and paint stains are everywhere on the floors. I requested to move out due to all the problems and I just moved in so shouldn't be an issue. Instead they tried to get me into a smaller apartment which isn't accommodating since it

“8 weeks free” rent is $1225. When you go to pay rent, it ends up being $1371 with all the fees. Every trash day, trash is pilled up outside of the dumpster. I have rented apartments my whole life. Never paid more than what I was told rent would be. All these BS fees, it’s pretty lame. Also being charged for valet trash, which I never signed up for.

Our stay at Rivery Park Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional. The leasing specialist, Rhiannon, is truly a breath of fresh air. Every time I walk into the office, I’m greeted with her warm smile, and she consistently goes above and beyond for her residents. Rebecca, stands out, she’s not the typical manager you’d expect. Her kindness, calm demeanor, and patience are truly rare to find in apartment management. The entire team at Rivery Park is wonderful, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. I would absolutely recommend Rivery Park Apartments to anyone looking for more than just a place to live, it’s a community that feels like home.
