It is so good to had moved into an apt that the manage is so helpful & in good spirits each time I had ever needed to get help or ask a question,about the property. The very nice management staff that I met were Ron & Ashley they both are a breath of fresh air in apt. management from what I've experienced in apt living.I am certain if anyone wants to be treated like a potential residence the management will treat them as they did myself.The laundry room & kitchen areas are always kept up, I have been in Santa Clara county for a long time & I have never met any apt complex management ,that show as much compassion to its tenants, since I've rented apartments. In especially Santa Clara County. All of this is to say River Wood Apartments management show much respect to its tenants especially

Place is a scam. Once I gave them a money order for 45 dollars, I was immediately denied. Was asked to bring in numerous documents such as bank records, Check stubs, tax returns etc. None of it was looked at. It takes 7 days for a background check, not one minute. They stole money from a Veteran

I moved in recently and am pleased with the staff and tenants because it's quiet and clean and most importantly a safe place.

Leah and Ron are really great at their jobs. They go the extra mile to make sure each tenant is taken care of at all times. They don't skip a beat. I just moved in and they make Riverwood place seem like home.
