We were looking at new construction and asked friends in the construction business who they would and would not buy from, and each time Riverwood Homes was on the list of “good builder” in the valley. I always value the opinion of others who work in the industry, so the fact that Riverwood came recommended by a few friends in construction made us feel confident in buying a home from them. Everything was explained in detail and a manual of the home was provided, which was extremely helpful in getting settled in. A couple of very minor details needed touching up, and they were completed within days of notification. Communication, quality and customer satisfaction is number one. Everything from start to finish with our custom home exceeded our expectations. Upon our first meeting with Dan, we knew that working with Riverwood was the right choice. Christina was fabulous to work with, impressing us with her design skills as well as great communication. Kevin (and David and Steve) were great superintendents with a wealth of knowledge and consistently remained on top of things. We never had to worry about quality because Riverwood carefully selects and manages their contractors and has great relationships with them.
