Riverwood Apartments

I enjoyed living at the Riverwood Apartments. The staff and maintenance crew are top-notch and always helpful. They work hard to make sure the apartments are kept in good shape. I had a two-bedroom apartment, and it was in excellent shape and very clean when I moved in. Though the complex has been around for a long time and is not fancy, the apartments are updated and well kept, as are the grounds. Simple amenities, a pool, and a gym are kept clean. The tennis courts are in good shape, and the green area is lovely with hammocks and a picnic bench. A nice place to walk with your dog. They supply pet waste bags at several stations around the complex, which makes it easy and comfortable to care for your pet and keep the common areas clean. No more having to buy rolls of waste bags. I have lived here at Riverwood Apartments now for 5 months. I have to say being a transplant from Nashville this is a nice relaxing place to live.These apartments are clean, the landscaping is just a good. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Most is within walking distance. Close to the beach and that’s a plus. The property manager Amelia and the maintenance man Enzol are nice and professional. Amelia and Enzol are very knowledgeable about the area when I ask for suggestions. They go above and beyond for tenants and visitors. Keep up the awesome work.

Love this neighborhood! Quiet and clean; smaller complex, local owners who care. Great 1-bedroom layout with plenty of storage. Top-notch maintenance team shows up quickly. Manager Shannon is amazing in the office. Walk to Publix, restaurants, shops, doctor, dentist, or scenic views. I'd give it 10 *s for the price, if I could!

My husband and u have loved our time at Riverwood apt. The staff is so pleasant and helpful! Wonderful location we can walk to so many places and the beach is a short drive or bike ride away. A bit dated compared to other apts near by but it is always clean and maintenance has always been helpful and quick to fix any issues we have had! Very much recommend!

I’d like to offer a special thanks to the awesome staff at the Riverwood office in Mount Pleasant. Vaneosha, Amelia, and Enzul are so professional and helpful! While I have some unrelated criticisms with the higher ups- Darby developers themselves- these three employees were absolutely awesome and I’ll really miss seeing them. Enzul, our maintenance guy, knows what he’s doing, he’s quick, and so, so friendly. Vanoesha and Amelia know how to run the office with a sense of urgency and welcome at the same time. They know how to make a tenant feel like a priority while they are still smoothly working through all of their daily tasks. Be kind to all of them, because they’re great.
