I want to mention here how responsive the property manager Michelle is. She not only attended to all the documents and other formalities for leasing process the same day as I submitted them but also responded to phone calls from her office staff while on vacation for Christmas to ensure that I would be able to move in on my expected date. In addition to this when I reported issues in the apartment, she sent the maintenance team the same day and got everything fixed. -- In response to the owner's comments: While I appreciate the fast response to fix things, I would also advice to check in detail if everything is working properly. It has taken me a few weeks to get around to writing this review, as I have been getting settled in from a cross country move. My experience has been great with Riverwood from the very start. Heather has been amazing at calming my stresses from the move and having everything ready and beautiful for my move in day. I had to have a couple of minor issues repaired after my first few days of living here and Sergio was prompt and fixed the problems perfectly. I love my new residence here and you will too! The tenants and office staff are friendly and the grounds are beautiful and clean.

Loved the location as it was near both of my jobs. Great staff and amenities. Would definitely move back if I needed to...no hesitation.

My husband and I lived here for a year after marriage and I can confidently say the management is the best i've ever seen at an apartment complex. The floor plans are great, THE MAINTENANCE IS AMAZING!! The only issue we had was with a downstairs neighbor who would not stop complaining about us even though we are a very quiet, childless, keep-to-ourselves couple. Management couldn't do anything about that (which is to be expected in any place) but it drove us to buy a house so actually thank you to those people! I assume the ceilings must be a little thin for the 1st and 2nd floors as we never had issues hearing our neighbors on the top floor. Today, Wednesday, July 17, 2025 at 3:00 a.m., I was awakened by a high pitched shrill rapid beeping. The beeping was being caused by the sensor sitting in water in the pain under the hot water heater. Water was leaking from the hot water heater. For the following 14 hours, I called the answering service four times. I called the corporate office three times. Water leaks are supposed to be an emergency, but this event was not treated as an emergency. Until 5:00 p.m., all I got was the runaround and excuses.
