STAY AWAY!! If I could give zero stars I would, horrible place to live and even worse staff!! Like the others have said if you voice your true opinion they retaliate. I still have some time left on my lease and don’t want any more problems or to be retaliated against. The property manager Danielle never does her job, all she does is take pictures of herself and records herself by the pool, inside the office, or outside by the trees, DURING business hours! I even did some digging and turns out she has a criminal record, I wonder if the maintenance men and other staff also have records! The maintenance men are lazy. This complex is NOT safe at all, unfortunately this was the best I could do as a last resort but once my lease is up I’m out of here! They love handing out notices but when somet

Danielle made the moving process so smooth and easy for me. I immediately felt at home and comfortable. I’m going on a year here & still love that I can call this place my home!!

She was so efficient and hands on during the entire application and move in process which she made possible in such short notice and always kept me aware with real time updates. I don't know where to start, but I lived here for over 5 years in HELL. I haven't moved because I didn't have good opportunities in the past but now that I do I feel relieved. But all those bad reviews are 100 true. I don't know if those reviews are made up reviews because I don’t think some neighbors think that. I've seen it all here: car thefts, murders, sexual predators, people shooting neighbors, annoyances at the office over stupid things, etc. The only reason I'm posting this is because I'm leaving and can speak openly without being discriminated, getting attitude from anyone or being blacklisted for telling the truth. •First of all, you can be calling the office number all day and they never answer you LIKE EVER. •They raised the rent every chance they could during the same lease

Pool area always lock with a big chain. You can't grill. No play ground for kids. Pest problems. And they never fix things....
