Mrs. Paula, the property manager, is amazing! You will never want to live or deal with any other property manager once you live here with her managing! She has the grounds spotless, treats everyone with equality, goes out of her way to do special things for the residents kid (Easter egg hunt) she decorates for every holiday, started a pretty balcony contest, but runs this place with a iron fist! Always has a smile on her face and greets each resident with warmth, friendliness, and respect! If something needs fixed, she’s right on it! She’s a rule follower and it makes it such a better place to live honestly. I have truly enjoyed living at Riverwalk. They have been cleaning up the place, making it more aesthetically pleasing. Marilyn is amazing! We know that once the owners finish the updates, it will be beautiful. Super dog friendly. I really like the neighbors I know. Great pool with a lot of kids outside all year round. Fishing pier and gazebo are the best part. They are always cooperative, even when we had a city construction crew break the water pipe—the staff worked hard to keep us informed. Location next to downtown is ideal.

Living at Riverwalk Apartment Homes has been amazing. The property manager Megan Romagnino has made this such a pleasant experience. She was there every step of the way offering assistance and answering any questions I had. From the application process all the way up until I was given a move in date. She takes pride in the upkeep and maintenance of the property. She also handles all service request in such a timely manner. Riverwalk overlooks the Caloosa Hatchee River and offers great amenities such as, a swiming pool, its own private pier and designated areas in which residents can access supplies to clean up after their 4 legged friends. When I moved in here I knew I was in the right place for the time being here. Management was amazing and did everything necessary for me to feel comfortable. Marilyn is a top-of-the-line manager and always does whatever it takes to make sure things are done properly here. Her kindness goes a long way. George is a Non-Stop working machine. He is always doing something to make this place better. I want to say thank you to both of them, without them in my life as friends or Associates through living here I would be lost. I only wish that when I do leave here and I enter a different compound or apartment complex I meet two more people just like them.
