Since I have moved here in August 2025 it has been a great experience. Elizabeth and Sam have been the upmost helpful not only during the leasing process but thus far. I appreciate the community activities they have, and I am also grateful for a safe and comfortable environment. Not to mention the maintenance team is quick and thorough. I recently moved to a larger unit and the transition was smooth. I would most definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Elizabeth was so SO helpful with getting me into my apartment and comfortable, and the pricing on the villas is a total steal!! She was very very wonderful to talk to about getting me into my first apartment and i give her major kudos!

STOP LOOKING, This is the perfect spot for you to make your cozy little home. I have and I love it. The entire property staff are second to none. I recently toured riverwalk apartments, and I was beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, the leasing staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided detailed information about the amenities, lease terms, and community features. Thank you JJ and Samaia!! The apartments themselves are stunning—modern finishes, spacious layouts, and plenty of natural light. The community amenities, like the poo, and lounge areas, are well-maintained and truly add to the living experience. The entire tour was smooth, professional, and made me even more excited about the possibility of living here. If you’re looking for a new place, I highly recommend booking a tour—you won’t be disappointed

I was off to Rocky start when I first moved in here almost 5 years ago. However every issue that I had has been addressed and fixed. It's quiet here my neighbors are good and it's safe. I'm not the easiest person to deal with but I'm honest. They fixed every issue I had. Also if you're not from around here Conroe is a great school district.
