The people are friendly but the staff has major issues maintenance person takes forever still waiting on 2 grab bars and for them to fix toilet waiting two months and counting.

What an amazing place for you aging loved ones and EXCELLENT Management. My mother lived here for a few years before her passing a few weeks ago. Mom loved her apartment and Danni the apartment manager.. The apartment has in house laundry a sitting room/ Den for the apartment occupies. There is Rooms to reserve for your special events. The place is absolutely immaculate..I was very impressed with it all. There are a few things that are very important when renting an apartment one is Security. They have that it’s excellent too is cleanliness making sure there are no rodents. Any pest three the apartment managers you have to have An apartment manager, that actually cares about her job and her tenants. Pretty good overall. Truthfully, i would probably go to 4 and 1/2 stars. The people are friendly and some have been very helpful. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and they seem to be trying to keep the building taken care of. The laundry room seems small but this isn't a very big building either, I've only occasionally been delayed. They do lock the main doors at night which complicates getting deliveries because it usually happens about seven pm but truth be told I'm willing to deal with it since it might help with security. Overall, I'll admit I do miss being able to step out the door and get right in my car and doing laundry right off the kitchen but at this point I think it's a fine place to live

My mother lives here. She has lived here over a year and she absolutely loves it. A friendly staff and good maintenance round out the Fantastic experience that she has there. Most of the residents are very nice. Mom really enjoyed getting to visit with the many dogs that live in the building.

Visiting a friend who lives here. The apartments are very nice, updated, and well-appointed with things like wide baseboards, nice paint colors, new appliances, large kitchen areas and bathrooms. The rent is income-based, but there's a minimum age requirement, something like 55 and older. Good security. There's no nursing home vibe at all.
