Riverview Place Apartments

--- Name it Cockroach Place instead --- I have been living here for the past year, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Every apartment seems infested with roaches regardless of how clean you keep it. No matter how frequently they do pest control, it doesn't work at all! Pest control seems like a eye wash! The buildings are old and rusty—painting over them doesn’t help. The heating system look like they’ve been around since the time of Jesus! Dirty carpet in the long corridore between one bedroom apts, where no sunlight could enter! The view on the window is blocked by other building! I have never been in such an worst apartment! Only good thing is, the current manager Ibeth, she's doing her job prettey good.

If you like roaches, This is the place for you! It is truly a ROACH MOTEL!! It took 2 years of not fixing the infestation at the core! Even monthly spraying didn’t work. It is a constant infestation! In addition, there’s a terrible drain problem that spews up chemicals , cloudy and toxic to breathe, it comes straight from the bathtub drain., Happening multiple occasions with very little rapid response. Little Children run wildly, unsupervised through the parking lots daily, including night time. Which is a major safety concern! Nothing was ever done about that either, just threatening emails to call the police. I don’t want anyone to make the mistake of living there like I did.

Lived here for almost 10 years. Current property management company is a bunch of slumlords. After I moved out in September 2025, they told me I was owed several hundred dollars of my security deposit back, and then they never paid it to me. Tried calling and emailing, no response. Do not live here. Management doesn't do anything and the apartments feel like bug infested slums.

Management completely unwilling to do anything to clean up or secure the parking lot. Dumpster seemingly aren't even emptied monthly and two catalytic converters have been stolen that I'm aware of - one was mine. They wouldn't even reach out to the non-emergency police to help with my report. Useless property management, so glad I moved out

This place really disappointed me. They told me about pest control when I came to rent, and it's been 8 months and it's never happened. I complained a long time ago about problems with my toilet flush, and it still hasn't been resolved. I avoid ordering things that need to be delivered to the mailbox or left at my door because ALL my orders are stolen. I've made several complaints to the office asking them to install a camera, and to this day they haven't done anything to prevent our belongings from being stolen so blatantly. I suspect the children must be messing around since they are left alone in the hallways and parking lots. The washing machines are dirty, and most of the dryers don't work. Really, leave this place as your last option for living!
