Riverview Lofts

I want to give credit to the hard working team at Riverview LOFTS I do alot of work there with my business. Hannah the property manager is wonderful to work with very professional woman also Daniel assistant manager also very professional woman and easy to work with on upcoming and ongoing projects. Jay the Head Maintenance manager is also a extremely hard and professional worker great to work with and goes above and beyond to keep his buildings running smoothly overall all 3 members of there team are hardworking and professional its a pleasure to work with them.

Riverview Lofts has undergone a wonderful transformation with its new management team. From the outset, Danielle and Hannah ensured a seamless and transparent rental process, offering both online and paper options to cater to individual preferences. Their attention to detail in requesting standard documentation like paystubs and tax returns reflects their dedication to maintaining a high standard for residents, which instills confidence in their professionalism. I've been impressed not only by the efficiency of the management but also by the warmth of both the staff and fellow residents. The 24/7 gym has been a lifesaver with my busy schedule, and the pet-friendly environment, complete with front and back areas for my dog, has made every day a joy. I can honestly say that this place was the most beautiful apartments that my husband and myself have ever stayed in. With him being military, we have moved around a lot so we have lived in quite a few apartments. We lived on the second story on the front of the building at the time when the snow pictures where taken so even though we didn’t get a view of the river, we still had an amazing view! The other photos that show the River and Ships where taken from the roof and the pool area. This place is so awesome that I got to see my husbands ship pass by as well as a different one. It was an amazing experience. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming, we Never had a problem at all that they couldn’t help us with. I have had such a lovely experience with moving into Riverview Lofts. I came to Norfolk for the first time ever just to tour this apartment! I love the warehouse loft style building and units, I love the salt water pool concept, BBQ grills, gym, and stunning view of the river especially at sunset. Hannah and Danielle have been nothing but pleasant and extremely quick to resolve any issue (within minutes). I love that the location is near enough to downtown to walk, but also far enough to have a quiet waterfront atmosphere. The smell of the building is also lovely, not sure how or why. My only note is there is no accessible parking close by like normal apartments, but I’m sure this will be resolved soon. I recommend moving here if you love a view and love dogs, so many cute puppies living h
