Riverstock Apartments

I want to thank and acknowledge the Riverstock management and maintenance . Ms Sharmane is always kind and genuine! I appreciate her quick responses and care towards residents and our children who love to stop by the leasing office after school. I have been living at Riverstock Apartments for a couple years now. Recently I have been facing health challenges and different hardships and in the midst of communicating that I was blessed with a $100 gift card that got me through the holidays. It was completely unexpected and words cannot describe my gratitude for the property. I appreciate the effort and care that goes into maintaining the community. Riverstock Apartment is the place to be. Kay and Sharmaine were awesome! They were very friendly, helpful, and treated me like I was very special. They answered all of my questions and allowed me to know that they would always be there for me for assistance. I knew it was a special place when I saw how they treated some of the neighborhood children when they were getting off the bus, passing out treats. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and updated. It is a very quiet environment and I know that I am going to love my stay!!

Lived here for 5 years, about to start my 6th, and Sharmaine and Kay are a big reason why! They are polite, professional, and always quick to help. Maintenance do a great job keeping the place clean as well!

I am so happy with my new home here at Riverstock. Ms. Patricia Williams is very nice and professional with attention to your needs. I rented sight unseen and she told me I would be very pleases and I definitely am very pleased, I told her what wanted and like a miracle from heaven there it was. I have lived her now for 6 months and I can't thank her enough and trusted her wholeheartedly. Thank you again Ms. Patricia I couldn't be happier. It's more room than I need but it feels and is beginning to look like hone for me. I think this will be my home for a long time to come. 5/15/2025 and three years later I’m still loving my home. Unfortunately my favorite leasing agent is moving on free 6 years. Ms. Pat we are going to surely miss you around here. Best of luck on your new adventure

She check on the residence she make everybody feel special and she do her job and the maintenance guys make the place clean they always working hard. They are dependable whenever you have a problem at your apartment they come and fix it when they tell you they call me they are everybody’s doing a good job they get 100% from me Robert Anderson.
