Thank you Riverside Station Apartments when I first came in, it was so nice in here and clean 😃 it was ladies was so nice and professional. Office staff will assist you in completing rental application process I would like to thank staff at Riverside Station Apartments

Horrible complex. The apartments look nice but the community is horrible, kids soliciting knocking on doors asking for money, parking spots are so small, you will always have scratches on your car from others hitting it with their car door. Police won’t do anything about hit and runs they say it’s because it’s a “private neighborhood” management won’t run back camera or help in the slightest. Tow company comes out every other day taking peoples cars who have a parking pass, management is unhelpful and will tell you to park outside the neighborhood to avoid being towed but there is no guarantee that you won’t be towed outside the neighborhood either.My car should be safe in the neighborhood that I pay rent to live in. It’s overwhelming. If I could give them 0 starz I would.

Thank you cliff for fixing my dryer and faucet I thought it couldn't be done I love the maintenance people here top tier I've been here for 3 years Riverside station do not play about their maintenance crew they hire the best thank you Riverside and shout out to Cliff for doing an amazing job thank you so much 🥹🥲🥰😊

Riverside Station is the best apartment community I've lived in since moving to Norfolk. Emma in the office is friendly, helpful, and you can tell she truly cares about her residents. She did everything possible to make sure my move in was quick easy and that my apartment was worlds above what I had experienced in my last apartment community. The rest of the office staff are friendly and helpful as well. My apartment is beautiful and spacious with a lovely view of the community from my balcony and appliances that are like new and work great. Riverside Station is everything I wanted. It's in a really convenient location with a lot of good restaurants a short distance away. The maintenance staff is fantastic too.
