We used John Huempfner, as our realtor to sell our home in Jupiter Farms. He was awesome. He gave up tips on what to do to help sell the home and get the highest price. He was honest and professional. We used him again to sell my sister's home. It was a difficult time for us as my sister had passed away. He was very thoughtful and did a lot of the detail work. i Bought i home from John and his son at a very vulnerable time in my life. I was rushed and as this being my first home my fiance and myself had NO clue what we were doing but our family was jumping to 5 and we needed room, but a SAFE home to raise our children in and it has been anything but. It's been a nightmare and someone we called a friend and had over to our other residence to sit and talk, feels like a complete stranger that just made us a sale to them all wrapped up in a pretty bow. It's sad and words couldn't begin to describe how let down we feel. This home was supposed to be our starter home to raise our babies in, to feel safe, instead i just feel sad.
