This is a review for Millie Boehmer: Millie has been nothing short of amazing. I am new to RPM and was a little cautioned with working with a property management company. My caution was based on never having worked with a pm co. Then I began to correspond with Millie. All of my fears drained away as she graciously and professionally took care of me. She was honest, and upfront telling it like it is. Her character spoke volumes as it brought comfort to me. I am very impressed with her work ethic and demeanor. She handled the renters in a way that I could not have done. She is already working with another renter, as the previous renter moved back to their former city. Working with RPM has been a great experience for me. With their help, I found a really nice apt in Highgrove just over a year ago and I’ve been very happy. Sondra was very instrumental with my initial move in and Christine has been very helpful with my living experience and helping me stay up to date with everything that is happening with my account and making sure I have everything I need. The maintenance response time is the best I’ve experienced and it has really made for a pleasurable experience. Communication is also very consistent. RPM really seems to care about their clients and residents.
