Pros: Management- Felicia Carpenter is kind, efficient, great at communicating, and just overall very helpful any time I go into the office to ask about something. She makes living here better because I know there's someone dependable I can reach out to. Quiet- Sometimes my upstairs neighbors stomp a little, but overall the complex is quiet, and people keep to themselves but are friendly. I think that says a lot considering how close to the main road it is. Maintenance- I rarely see them but when I get home whatever needed to be done is done. Price- For the location, and the size of my 1 bedroom apartment, I think it's very reasonable. Cons: Parking- Generally I don't have an issue but if someone has two or three guests in different cars, it can be a struggle (rare). But usually there's a

I’ve waited a while to write a review so i would have an informed opinion. In general i love it here, the views are gorgeous, the pool is big, and the office manager Felicia is incredibly sweet, helpful, and understanding. If we ever need anything fixed in our apartment, it’s done in a timely manor. We’ve never been left without a toilet or running water. Obviously with it being an older building there is bound to be something needing to be renovated or replaced. Every time we’ve had an issue they have been extremely helpful and they actively work to fix it. Obviously there are some unavoidable things like noisy neighbors, but we’ve never had an issue they don’t handle. Thank you Riverside for being our home, and thank you Felicia for always being so helpful! We’ll be staying a while🫶

Felicia, Justin and John are five star top notch. The leasing process was easy, thorough and fast. Felicia double timed it to get me ready for move in in just a few days. It's quiet, beautiful and beautifully kept. Thrilled to be here.

Great location and Felicia was awesome through the leasing process. It's quiet here, spacious, the amenities are tough to beat, and the admin team is the best in the city. Just moved in, and I am absolutely excited.

Unfortunately we were not able to see the apartment before we moved. We were in a time crunch and rented the apartment based on the pictures they have posted on their website. Big mistake. Due to my husband line of work, I’ve had the privilege to call many different states home. I have never left a review for any of the properties that I have resided at. This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed an apartment complex. I consider myself to be a reasonable person. You will never find a perfect apartment complex. They will all have issues. If you are deathly afraid of giant roaches you need not read any further. Please find somewhere else to live. You will not be at peace here in the warm months especially if you are on the first floor. The problem is not pest control, they do come if you
