Y’all please do something with these pet owners pooping and peeing up everything. Can they get any funkier?????????? If I want to move I’m sure it’s plenty more people who want to leave as well. Y’all report your nasty neighbors without fear. They deserve it.

I would like to acknowledge the professional character of Ms. Bassett in the front office along with the friendly front office staff. She shows a kindness and greets with the same welcoming "hello" and smile regardless what ever the need or the time. We have been here for several years with out any major issues. The few issues we had were immediately addressed and solved. The maintenance team here are amazing.

They definitely like to cover up the fact that alot of their units have roaches. 309 to be exact. Walk through was squeaky clean. Day of move in I had a big one waiting to greet me on the stair railing. Where there's one there are MANY and I learned that over the year I stayed. I cleaned and cleaned. They sprayed multiple times. I would think I finally got it together and weeks go by and here they come again. They tried blaming me?! Lol talking about my grocery bags from shopping or the *brand new moving boxes I used to move in. No accountability ok what ever. Pool was nice in the summer. Fitness center is clean. Ms. Fami has her days but by the end it was a graceful exit. Overall, a 3. Oh and don't be late on rent. They will have your lease sent to an eviction attorney as soon as that 5 d

Maintenance request was handled pretty decently. I request to be contacted prior to them coming over, which wasn’t done, however the issue was handled efficiently. I had to call the emergent line for further repairs that evening, he called me back super quick and was there before the time frame he had provided. Although he ended up being there for quite some time late at night, he was super kind and knowledgeable in his job.

The maintenance guys are awesome. They finish and fix neatly and professionally. I have moved out a month ago, talked to the the current staff, they are very friendly and serve you better and very respectful. I miss you.
