Riverside Heights - Senior Living Community

I just wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had while visiting the Riverside Heights Senior living Community. First let me start off by saying how wonderful the staff is. Elsa went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good one. I always was greeted with a smile even when I showed up late. she walked me though the community showing me the different floor plans and sharing with me all the wonderful activities that they offered. I'm looking forward to calling Riverside Heights my new home.

I came in on Friday to ask for information for my parents. The manager Elsa was very helpful and informative, she answered all my questions she toured us around the property. She was very sweet asked if we wanted anything to drink or any snacks. I love the property all the staff made us feel very welcoming. I love that they have lots of events for the residents. I know my parents would love living here. Thank you Elsa for answering all of our questions!

I'm so impressed with this facility! It's always clean, well maintained, and the overall scene is picturesque. Also, the residents are so amiable and friendly. The manager (Mr. Henry) is a people-person and an outstanding leader! Ms. Maria is personable, patient and courteous, and a true asset to this company who goes well beyond the call of duty. Ms. Elsa is inviting, sweet, and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

Riverside Heights Senior Living Community. WOW! I had a pleasant experience when I visited Riverside Heights on 9/25/2025. I had the pleasure of meeting Elsa Segura, a very nice knowledgeable patient customer service representative, which gave me a tour of their different units that where available. If I had any questions, Elsa had the answer! She made me feel welcomed as though I was already a tenant living at Riverside Heights. After my visit and talking things over with Elsa, I'm confidently sure that I would love to become a responsible tenant at Riverside Heights Senior Living Community. Thank you, Elsa Segura for all the time you spent with me. I truly had an awesome experience!
