Riverside Gardens

My Family and I recently moved here and had a great experience from the start. The experience from requesting a tour, application process, moving in and even currently; Tara is welcoming and has been there to answer any questions. Tara is awesome and pleasant to see! I see her everywhere and she is always nice to me and my family. The apartment complex is pleasant and spacious inside! It gives more of a “homey vibe” cozy, inviting, and a sense of belonging. The location is great it is near a riverwalk, park, freeway, schools and many restaurants.

A moved to Riverside Gardens a few months ago and truly enjoy it here, great walking, close to the river. It's very accessible to restaurants, shopping and freeway. The property manager Tara makes me feel like I'm welcome and I feel safe. Tara is everywhere and always with a smile. It's comfortable at Riverside Gardens. Some people prefer gossip rather than the true good stuff.

My Fiancé and I just moved in about a month ago and we are absolutely loving living here. From the moment we toured the complex and our unit, we fell in love. Tara (the property manager) was so amazing as well. Her communication with us throughout the entire process has been great and we even encountered a couple minor inconveniences on our part that she ended up going above and beyond to help us with. We are so excited to (hopefully) continue to live here for this next phase of our lives, as we are expecting our first baby! HIGHLY recommend.

I have lived here at Riverside gardens for 11+ years now and we love it. It has always been a nice quiet place and I have the nicest of neighbors. We all watch out for each other and it feels like a real community. Anytime we have needed repairs they have been taken care of in a timely manner. We have seen a few managers here but our present manager Tara is by far the best. She is friendly and approachable. She really cares about this property because she lives here and it’s her home. Anytime we have needed her for anything she has always been right there. When my son passed away suddenly it was Tara who came to my door and helped me through things. She even drove me over to his place and helped me with the arrangements. She stayed with me the whole time. She cares about her residents. She

I've lived here for several years now and have had no issues with the property or it's residents. In the years I've lived here maintenance has always responded promptly and professionally. Our current manager Tara has handled upgrades and projects throughout the facility promptly and effectively and is very communicative. During the summer months the pool is a great place to swim and is kept clean and tidy. Definitely recommend
