Riverside Commons I & II

This place is terrible….. I moved there July of 2021 rent was paid always on time or before and was told we had to leave because of a police report of someone living in my home besides me and my sister. When I asked for proof or if she would like to come to check my apartment she didn’t respond. So we received a 10 day notice twice and when I had just talked to her she said nothing at all about that situation, we only had talked about how they was messing up my rent and adding all these fees. After I had got the last notice I told her we paid rent for the month so we will leave at the end of the month and she said good because we embarrassed her in front of corporate.

This complex is a joke and has been since I moved in here. The people who run this complex before the current as well as the current people who run the office are always raiding rent for SUBPAR quality apartments. Their maintenance line & crew are all messy with their work and refuse to clean up, they think water damage isn’t a big issue only patching it over it and leaving the sanded down wall powder all over the floors and kitchen, why have a 24 maintenance line if they won’t help out someone with a water heater issue? This complex is filled with empty promises and an even worse staff. 0/10.

I can't believe the city hasn't fined this complex. I came to visit a family member and I can't believe the filthiness! Trash everywhere and it looks like the trash hasn't been picked up in weeks! The smell is atrocious and flies everywhere! I'd like to know where their rent goes because it certainly doesn't go towards repairs and upkeep!!

Place an application for apartment. Then paid the fee and was denied for not having enough income for income base apartments 😕 Office manager stated that she couldn't see income verification...WOW

Don’t waste your time. You’ll be put on a waitlist for 4 months just to have the incompetent office girls remove you when you’re NEXT in line and give your apartment to someone else!!!!! Terrible management.
