Do NOT waste your money living here. I lived here for five years this place is a complete disappointment. The laundry facility is filthy there are bugs crawling around, chips / food on the floor, leaves everywhere, broken glass, and even a blanket like someone’s been sleeping there.The closet that holds the water heater looks like it’s been broken into. It’s unsafe and disgusting. They advertise a gym and pool but don’t be fooled. The gym has almost no working equipment, and the pool is locked even during posted open hours (9 AM to 8 PM) these past couple summers, they’ve been telling us they’re gonna hire a pool monitor and it’s not fair for anyone who works a 9 to 5 every day because that was the time that they told us the pool will be open and I work 8 to 5 every day and the only time t

I lived here for nearly 3 years. It all went downhill went I began to move out. I started moving with 2 full weeks before I was set to be out. One week before my move out date, I returned to the apartment to find the lock turned, paint buckets inside, trash, mudding on the walls, my remaining belongings rifled through and some of them missing (including alcohol of mine consumed). I normally don’t post reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with this apartment complex to help others avoid the same situation. I moved out a full week before my lease ended, leaving the apartment empty and clean, with no belongings inside. Despite this, I never received my security deposit, and was later told I owed money for an extra month—a month I did not live there. Since then, I’ve tried to contact the office countless times (over 100 calls) with no response. I’ve also reached out via email and even contacted former residents, but no one will address or resolve the issue. Great location and affordable! Cameron was a delight during the tour, and I instantly fell in love with the unit because of the exposed brick. My experience so far has been nothing but pleasant. I definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking to move soon!

I been living here since fall of 2024 and I love it! Quiet, very laid back ,no problems at all and very nice people who work in the office their very easy to talk to But most of all I enjoy my apartment!
