Riverpark Apartments

The offices are very helpful, and have helped me with anything that I need.I have lived her for 5 years. Toni has helped me a lot with my insurance and she is always very nice. Christopher is very helpful and fixes anything that I need, and makes sure that things are working properly for me. The manager Jennifer is very helpful and does whatever she can within her power. Since the new management team has been here I feel more comfortable and more relaxed. I wish more of my neighbors would be more respectful to management and each other.

I filed an application back 2024 and was put on waiting list,but as I walked out I heard the lady say she going to throw my application in the garbage,so I did some research and I notice a young lady next door that me and my gaurdian saved her life from being sexual assaulted,but why she told river park management something totally different?so I had a caseworker months later check to see is my application is getting close as they said it could be 3 to 4 years,so we called to my status,when the lady answered the phone my caseworker asked what is my status the lady said wait a minute so we waited after 15 minutes or so,and she said oh yea my application was filed today,I said today!!but I files and gave it to you guys atlease 3 months ago,now I wonder can anyone tell me how I can find out i

I have to say that the tenants are so friendly. I especially appreciate the new Property Mgr (Jennifer), because she knows the balance between dignifying the elderly while at the same time taking care of business. I'm that way, it takes one to know one. I like to add that the Service Coordinator (Toni) goes above and beyond helping the elderly too in the building. I lived in other buildings, however this is the most conscientious building I have ever lived in.

I've been a resident at Riverpark for over 10 years. I've had some very nice neighbors and even made a couple friends. I've given several lunches over the years to K& D staff to show my appreciation for all that they do. The coordinator also. We really need to count our Blessings in these last days. Thank you all for your services it's not easy trying to please everyone.

I lived here at Riverpark since 2018, as long as I've been here I have gotten along well with the staff and have had no issues. The service coordinator Ms. Toni has been very nice and helps me with any personal issues that I have. I get along well with the property manager Ms. Jennifer. I would recommend my friends to live here.
