For a brand new building, you’d expect a few growing pains—but what’s happening here is pure mismanagement. It’s honestly shocking that the current management team is still in place given how little they seem to care or know about running this property. Noise? Walls, floors, ceilings, and even the doors feel paper-thin. I can hear neighbors on all sides, and at night there’s no one to call if it gets loud. Cleanliness and upkeep? Constant issues. Trash and dog waste in the mulch, overflowing cans, and common areas that go uncleaned for days or weeks. Carpets in the halls are stained, the elevators are painfully slow and often glitchy, and the trash chute seems to always be broken. The pool? Not clean or heated—despite what was advertised. The big green space we were promised? It’s now ju

I chose this building expecting professionalism and basic operational reliability considering this apartment complex was advertised as being a new luxury building in NoLibs. Unfortunately, the past several months have been far from luxury, with the cherry on top being this past week. When I first moved in summer 2025 around July, I did not have a working washing machine and dryer in my unit for at least a month if not more. For the first couple of weeks I was having to lug my laundry to an offsite location, during the remainder few weeks the maintenance guy finally opened the unit across from my to use. I ultimately had to request and call maintenance a handful of times to finally have them place a working unit in my facility. There have been several other issues over the months with bot

Rivermark, do better please. I was genuinely interested in touring this apartment building, but after reading through the many negative comments and complaints, it’s hard to move forward with scheduling a tour. For a newer building, the volume and seriousness of the issues being mentioned are concerning. I hope management is paying attention and taking these concerns seriously. It’s unfortunate and unfair to the current residents if these problems are ongoing. Hopefully meaningful changes are made and the issues being raised are addressed urgently and fairly for everyone involved.

I want to leave a review about my experience with Rivermark Apartments over the last three weeks. I've been trying to get my lease agreement signed since last week and it has been incredibly frustrating. I worked with someone named Kayla who requested that I submit the same documents three times, which I did. However, she somehow didn't know how to access their own system to locate those documents. She also refused to follow up with me on the phone so I could explain the issue to her. She failed to follow up with me for several days. I'm currently waiting for someone to get back to me regarding the lease agreement, but every time I call, no one is available. I was supposed to move in yesterday, yet I still haven't heard back from anyone. At this point, I'm considering rejecting the lea

I’ve been a resident here for close to a year, and while the property has a lot of potential, poor management has kept it from becoming the great community it could be. The apartments themselves are stylish and new, which is what initially drew me in. However, once you move in, the flaws become hard to ignore. The noise levels are terrible — the walls, floors, and doors do little to block sound. You can hear everything from conversations to arguments, which makes it difficult to ever truly relax. It’s disappointing that a new building was built with so little attention to soundproofing. The biggest letdown, though, is the management team. From day one, it’s been an ongoing cycle of frustration. Communication is minimal, and when you do get a response, it’s often a generic email that does
