Riverfront Everett

This is an extremely dangerous area! If you move here you are more then likely having you car broken into. I was just dog sitting for friends living in this building and had my car broken into. Thankfully I did not have anything valuable in my car but PLENTY of other vehicles were broken into with a lot lost. This is NOT a new problem! My friends who live in the building have had their cars broken into as well and the management is not doing anything do combat this issue. With people paying so much for rent and parking spot you’d think the complex would install some sort of security surveillance or hire security guards but they frankly don’t care. With the amount of 1 start reviews on the same issue I am surprised people are still willing to pay to live here. When called out on reviews all

The tour of Riverfront Everett went great. Chris was great in touring us around. He was very thorough in showing us all the amenities that are offered in both buildings along with the different units. All questions were answered very truthfully. Place seems like a good location, not very busy and overcrowded. I do wish that they had a covered or underground parking. Other than that everything was good.

We really enjoyed our year at Riverfront Everett. We would have stayed, but needed more space, and couldn’t afford a 2-bedroom unit plus parking. Our unit was on the 6th floor of the Meridian building facing east. Pros: - Proximity to I-5 and downtown Everett, while also feeling close to nature and being near a riverfront trail - Mountain and river views from east-facing units - Excellent amenities — we’ll miss the huge gym the most, but also appreciated the bike storage room and 6th floor communal patio - Friendly staff on the leasing and maintenance teams - Prompt responses to maintenance requests - New building with helpful and attractive features like in-wall portable a/c unit port, open concept designs, large windows, big walk-through closets, kitchen islands, and work-from-home offi

Part of moving to an apartment complex is the moving out process. Unfortunately this was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. I left the unit spotless. They charged me $150 for cleaning fee. The documents say you “may” be charged a cleaning fee not that you absolutely will. I would not recommend moving here. The fees could go up and they were not transparent. Photos show how I left the unit. Another point to add is this unit is very close to the train station with no soundproof. Expect to hear trains going in the middle of the night and blaring the horn.

I was looking for a new apartment and decided to drop by to see what it was like. I didn't have an appointment but the fellow who was there, Mr. Mendez, was very helpful and gave me a tour of the place. The gym is huge and has everything you need. There's a place for your bicycles to hang. The unit I was shown was exactly what I was looking for with a great view.
