Lived here 20 years ago and was the worst housing unit ever lived in no privacy walls can hear everyone basic music volumes , they charge and arm and a leg for a renovated unit that's over 100 years old. And all the things that used to make this an appealing family complex is absolutely the opposite no chairs to sit outside at allowed parking is no longer included, have kids and want a little kiddy pool for the day when it's 100 degrees nope not allowed 😂laundry one washer dryer per building of 4 units and are run down and don't work half the time and are changing a pretty penny. No privacy seems your always being judged and watched and complained about for living a quiet life paying an arm and a leg for ghetto units.. if you have kids and rent a unit above on the 2nd floor it's torture fo

Wish I could give 0 stars. This is one of the worst places you could live. It takes forever to get any repair done, and along with other comments they just don't care. I just recently moved and for the past year I've had a hole in my bathroom ceiling caused by a leak, 3 work orders and it still didn't get fixed. My boyfriend offered to fix it for a discount off the rent but nope they said they would get to it soon but never did. Sure the rent could be cheaper than other places but I can promise you'd be much happier paying a little more. Would not reccomend, find somewhere else, there are far better places to live than this one.
