Nice apartments with plenty of amenities. A secure location while still being close enough to experience sac while staying away from traffic. Julia among other staff made our stay easy through every stage of our stay.

100 % Recommended!!! Chris and Julia are the absolute best property managers around! They are completely understanding and willing to help you ! Both are the absolute sweetest as well! They have your best interest at heart which is hard to find sometimes. Hands down the best complex we have lived in. The gym and pools were always clean and not crowded. Maintenance requests were done very timely and quickly! The complex is beautifully kept up. Great amenities as well as so much space. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spacious and good priced apartment in a great location!

Moving forward I will be recommending these apartments to anyone looking for a great affordable place! It has lots of amenities, well maintained & a convenient location. Julia helped me with the moving in & moving out as well, she is the sweetest & definitely made the process smooth & easy. The entire office staff is amazing, maintenance was respectful & issues were handled in a timely manner. My family never had issues with cars getting broken into & even with having alot of college tenants, we never had issues with noise. Our time here was pleasant! 10/10 recommend that you check this place out!!

We lived here for exactly a year and didn’t really have any problems. Our car was broken into once but I mean that happens everywhere. The location is good. The amenities are good. Rent was a fair price. Every time we had a maintenance issue it was fixed promptly. I never had any issues at move in or move out. In fact we received all but like $35 of our deposit back. We never had roach issues or anything else. We had college kid neighbors, which was not ideal for our family but again not an apartment or management issue. Overall, this place isn’t bad and it served its purpose in that stage of our lives and we were satisfied enough.

Leaving here was an absolute blast! I highly recommend living here because it’s conveniently located near all the activities Sacramento has to offer. Julia and Chris are incredibly helpful and friendly people. On Fridays, they even have a food truck that comes by if you’re feeling lazy and don’t want to cook. Overall, I highly recommend living here.
