Rivercliff Apartments

I never tire of the view as I ascending the private tree-lined drive to the park-like Rivercliff Apartment Estate. The four mid-rise mid-century masonry buildings offer privacy and security, yet promote a community atmosphere. I have lived here just over a year and appreciate the management and maintenance staff’s response in the very few time I’ve needed it. I highly recommend Rivercliff living.

Rivercliff is the best all around thanks to the dedicated, hard working, helpful, and friendly team of Robin, Yolanda, and John. My brother and my sister and her husband also absolutely love living here thanks to the Rivercliff management team and the sweetest people you will ever meet. We feel very fortunate to enjoy this beautiful and friendly community.

Moving to this complex was the best decision I’ve made thus far. My neighbors and I are far from strangers; we are a community! We share laughter in the halls. We encourage while in passing. We fellowship with one another in the gardens. The staff is amazing. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance issues are resolved with haste! Management operations are on par with stellar business practices and customer satisfaction. The time for cold hearted living experiences are over. Why not choose to be apart of a residence thriving in togetherness?

My mom lives here and has just moved units, within her building. We had a few small things that needed attention, and Taylor (the property manager’s assistant) was able to get word to Brian and Eddie, in a very timely manor. These maintenance guys were so helpful and courteous … such a pleasure to deal with, as was Taylor. Robin, the property manager, has been very accommodating, as well.

Good people live and work at Rivercliff. Last Saturday a friend who was visiting me for lunch realize later that evening that she had lost her bank card and driver’s license out of her phone and was retracing. When she called, it was already getting dark, but I scoured my apartment, and then went out in the parking lot and sifted through leaves in the area where she had parked. I didn’t find them nor did she, but she said she would look again in her car on Sunday when it was light. Sunday morning, I left for church, lunch and a play at Wildwood with my grandson, so I was not at home. She called and said she had not found them so I was coming over here to look again in the parking lot. I suggested she look on the floor in the office in case someone had found them and put them in the office
