Riverbend Pointe Mobile Home and RV Park

Worst place I have ever lived complely terrible. I would never recommend this place. Make sure they have your deck finished and your house completely finished and the one you want before you ever sign the papers and read the fine print about deposits.

I have leased a lot from Riverbend Pointe for the last 7 years. This park is by far the nicest park I’ve stayed in. The onsite management and maintenance are extremely helpful and always attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this park. Lots of brand new homes for sale or rent.

Denise in office is awesome. Maintenance was always there when needed! I love the home with purchased through them. They have cleaned it up!

I would NOT move here. Lady in office Denise will NOT give you a title and after so long she "doesn't have it or know where it is" but some how my daughter got mail stating she owes taxes on trailer, because she owns it, but never received the title to put into her name, so Denise forged signature and evicted them, and is now trying to sale my daughter's trailer. She literally tells you to do stuff yourself because it's not her problem even tho it's on her property

Wouldn't even give this 1 star. If you buy a trailer from this community, you will never receive a title. You will eventually receive a paper with taxes owed on the property. They literally do nothing for you, but charge you fines. A lot of people who STILL live in the community, will tell you, Denise in the office is horrible and rude. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
