Applied via rental application as well as paid a $25 rental application fee and was supposed to get a hard copy letter back in the mail within 10 days of submission and I never ever received any type of response via the mail phone or email - even after reaching out to the office manager who was at the time gone until the middle of November leaving her assistant in charge I've reached out to both of them to see if I could get a finite yes or no answer and have been ignored. Do not waste your time or your money with this establishment as I'm pretty sure they pocketed my $25 application fee and tossed my application. Definitely got scammed, by their little racketeering side hustle.

It’s a decent place to live, most people here are nice. Strict smoking rules, you have to smoke at the street. There are inspections most years. Reasonable accommodation does not exist here, it will most likely be turned down. Deposits are too expensive for being low income. The landlord is judgmental, impatient, often breaks tenant/ landlord laws, will also lie about random things, and is quite rude most of the time. The apartments are nice and cozy but the stress of having your landlord live in the same property is exhausting. The landlord is not in the office some days they are scheduled to be in the office despite being open Monday through Friday. All concerns about tenant safety will be ignored.
