Riverbelle Park Apartments

A nice area and it is nice to have a unit that is single story but beware. This place is filled with roaches and black widows and the management will not take the steps to remedy this even after constantly begging them to get pest control out. They do not value long time tenants and have raised my rent every year by the max amount and upon speaking with other tenants this is their norm. The police have been constantly here the last few months arresting tenants and peoples cars are constantly broken into with no action from the management. They will keep your security deposit after leaving even if your unit is professionally cleaned.

I lived here for almost 2 years. Joanna (the manager) and her husband Robert are very nice people. The apartments / apartment complex is very nice. They recently have been remodeling and upgrading the apartments and I must say they are gorgeous! I'm really going to miss living here. Great neighborhood. Nice neighbors!

Be careful when submitting your application online. I paid for the aplication fee and they said the unit is not longer available and they would refund me the amount. It's been 2 months already and have not receive any amount from them. Communication is so bad, after i paid for the application they took very long to respond. This place is a scam, once they get your application fee they don't care anymore. Save your 50$ and go to other rentals.
