Rivera on Broadway

We didn’t plan on apartment living for so long, but we fell in love with The Rivera and don’t want to leave! The staff here makes it so easy to call this place home. Specifically Skyler Hayes in the leasing office. He exceeds all expectations of a leasing agent. He is always there when needed and is always so personable when you call or when he sees you in passing. The staff and maintenance team are a prime example of a professional team. And the views here are just a perk!

This place is great!!! The management (Skylar, Blanca, Vanessa) are one of the best I have seen. They are very attentive and always in the office to help with any problems you might have. Also the facilities are always kept clean. The maintenance is great as well. One of the best parts is the location. We are able to take our dog on the River Walk and down to the Pearl in minutes. Everyone that is questioning where to live, I 100% would suggest Rivera on Broadway.

I’ve had a great experience living here and have been here for a year now, just renewed for another! The location is perfect, right near the Pearl and the River Walk, with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars at walking distance. It’s also very dog-friendly, which I really appreciate. Management is consistently reliable, responsive, and friendly, which makes a huge difference. The maintenance team is also amazing, requests are handled quickly and efficiently every time. Overall, it’s a well-run community in an excellent area, and I highly recommend it!

I am going on 9 years with Rivera and I buycan attwat t that I keep resigning because of 3 things Number 1, location. I can walk across the street for breakfast, a late night burger, or for a drink. Number 2 is the staff. Blanca gets things done heels or no heels, Vanessa is the friend you want. Skyler is a busy bee, if he's not answering the phone, he's mop in hand, getting the emergency messes for us. Jesus, James, and Juan are very polite and professional. I feel comfortable when they work ii love ton my apartment. Letty is always cleaning and keeps focus. Our hallways always smell nice thanks to Letty's hard work. Keep up the great work, RIVERA!!

Living here has been such a good experience. The grounds are clean, the amenities are well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. The office staff is just as great; friendly, patient, and willing to help with anything, whether it’s paperwork, questions, or general concerns. They make you feel heard and taken care of. Overall, it’s a peaceful, safe, and comfortable place to call home.😊
