I had the opportunity to speak with the leasing staff regarding renting an apartment. The first person I met was Shelby, who was very professional and welcoming when I arrived at the office. She then introduced me to Melia, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. Melia also provided helpful and detailed information about the community. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I look forward to moving in.

The new lights in the lobby look amazing! You can really tell how much Melia and maintenance have worked to improve the property. Our heating request was fixed super fast and that’s always appreciated. Definitely makes living here better.

I would not recommend River West Flats to anyone. Security Concerns: My Amazon packages were stolen multiple times, and despite notifying the office manager, no action was taken to address the issue. This is a serious security and safety concern for any resident. Cleanliness: The property was filthy. There was a constant foul odor inside the apartment, and the dumpsters behind the building were always overflowing with trash. Noise Pollution: The noise was unbearable, especially early in the morning. Car engines revving loudly outside would wake me up regularly, disrupting my sleep.
