River Walk Savannah Apartments

I have been a resident here since 2023, and overall my experience has been disappointing. This was my first time living independently, and I was initially very excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately, ongoing maintenance issues have significantly affected my comfort and satisfaction. I have experienced multiple unresolved maintenance problems, including a leaking ceiling, repeated air conditioning failures, and a refrigerator that freezes food. In many cases, these issues were not addressed in a timely manner. Most recently, my air conditioning has not been functioning properly for several weeks. Although I tolerated the issue anticipating cooler weather, I became extremely uncomfortable yesterday and attempted to use the system. Despite being set to 70 degrees, the temperature rema

I had a wonderful experience at Riverwalk. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I told them my needs and less than a week later I hold the keys to my new home with all my needs met. I’m very grateful to have come to Riverwalk.

I really had an amazing experienced here at River Walk Savannah. Meisha and Karen were soo amazing . They help me out with everyday. New to the city. Now I can say I am a resident here.

Edit: They get people to take apartments tours and have them leave a good review in front of them not mentioning mailboxes were vandalized. I've been retrieving mailbox from the office for 6 months, that's if they are in the office. Just tried at 2pm noone. Edit: Had a major leak from our neighbors upstairs, leaked down to my apartment, then to the first floor apartment back in OCTOBER. Just got a call that a vendor will be out today at about 5 to clean the vents, it's MARCH. SMH mold in the vents, walls everything. But we were just told to keep paying our rent and have patience. In my time here I've been thru 4 different management teams. An the new one has been the worst so far. They are never in the office, the phone line does not work, an issues never get resolved unless legal acti

Tyler Ramires is helpful and efficient! He took us on our tour and was very personable and friendly. He made sure we got all we needed and offered some assistance with the application process, and was thorough with his explanations as well. We already liked the place but he definitely sold it to us.
