My elderly mom is a resident here so I've come in multiple times for questions and assistance with small things to make my mom's life easier and Ashilye in the front office is so SPLENDID! She really is so helpful. She answers all my questions, fulfills all my requests and if it's something that can't be taken care of at that moment she always follows up. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Super grateful to come across someone who cares about their residents after the nightmarish people I've encountered before.

I am a clean quiet individual who lived here while working at UNM. The buildings are nice and fairly quiet. However, these owners are excessively greedy so be prepared to lose your security deposit over made up issues with your apartment as well as end up on a month to month plan and pay at a minimum one extra month of rent. They notify you that your lease is going to expire beyond the window of when you are expected to let them know which is wild because they have emails that are sent out automatically which means they could notify prior to your window of opportunity to let them know. Instead they decide to have one last cash grab by putting you in a month to month lease where your rent jumps an additional $180+. This place has been great for myself, my s/o, and our dog, renting a 2br, 1ba apartment on a 2nd floor. As long as rent doesn't get too much more expensive, or hopefully drops a little, we'll probably renew again. Pros: the maintenance team ROCK! We've never gone more than 2 business days without an issue being addressed. We had an AC issue addressed next day, and a Dishwasher issues addressed within 2 days. The office is consistent with communication by emails at minimum, and they seem to have a community event or two go on seasonally. Cons: No true cons to say that would be in control of the complex. Parking can be a minor gripe at times, so I recommend taking parking distance in mind if looking for a place here. Other thing is that Amazon tends to be hit or miss with deliveries, wic

This place is a mess… If you’re considering this “luxury apartment” complex, it is not worth it. From the beginning of we had red flags, and should’ve gone just a bit further down the road to avoid the headaches. Since we decided we wanted to sign a lease on a 2bd2bth, we were VERY specific about the amenities we were looking for. The girl who helped us was unresponsive, never remembered what we went over and was misleading regarding the apartment we signed our official lease on. A few days before move in, we walked the apartment ourselves (no one was available to help) and the apartment was in no condition to be rented to us in just 2 days time. Broken cabinets and drawers, dirty countertops, floors, bent blinds, scratches and dings on the walls on our supposedly “fully renovated” $2000

I recently had to step back from renting at this property due to some personal and unforeseen issues, but I can’t thank Gina (Manager) and Jada (leasing agent) enough for their incredible support. Their professionalism, quick problem-solving, and constant follow-up made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Truly heartwarming service that left me feeling valued even after not being able to move in! I simply cannot thank them enough for all the help. I’m leaving five stars even though I didn’t get to live in the community but for the service that I received it was five star 100%
