River View Apartments Leasing Office RV5

I had an amazing tour at River View with Kourtni this past week. She was so nice and helpful. She showed me a few 2x2 units that I was interested in that were in buildings one and two. I ultimately decided to live at Crescent but my tour was great and I am still considering residing at River View at a later time. The whole office staff was also very nice and friendly! :)

The place looks pretty good but people in management don't have any guest courtesy what so ever. They treat you really well when you sign up for a new lease but if you are just visiting otherwise they would be very rude. When I came to one of the agents, about one of the problems in the community, he literally just interrupted me, very rudely pointing out that I don't stay here. Not sure if people like him should be managing an apartment housing, especially a new one, and then the bad name carries to the housing in general.

The place looks pretty but it's awful for its maintenance services. They say that they have 24 hours emergency services but we have had emergency situations twice for our apt and no one from the emergency service bother to respond untill next day. Twice we had power outage and left multiple voicemails to all the possible numbers but no one reached us. I tried the patrolling officers and even they could not reach the emergency on call person. This is totally unacceptable after paying the heafty fee and additional community utilities fees which is separate from the apt utilities. So be careful before you sign that lease.

Loved living here due to the community and location. Right behind the apartments is an amazing trail. Stores downstairs if you don’t feel like cooking. And the vta is right outside if you want to take public transportation to visit downtown. I highly recommend living here if you’re on the lookout for a great apartment complex.

Bike stolen from podium level (2nd floor); little to no security on property (they don’t have any authority to arrest only except robbers off the property). Front door that requires a key fob has been broken for almost 1 month. Very reactive with “I’m sorry” instead of proactive management. Police report was filed.
