I’ve lived in several luxury apartment buildings before, including in Houston and New York, but I can honestly say the experience here has been outstanding. Alejandra Osuna has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout my move-in process. I had a lot of packages arriving during my move, and when she saw how many there were, she actually drove over in a golf cart to help bring them to my unit. That was something I had never experienced before. She also took the time to patiently answer many of my move-in questions and explained everything very clearly. It’s rare to meet someone in property management who is so approachable, thoughtful, and genuinely willing to help residents. The apartment itself is also fantastic. Riverview is called an apartment home for a reason—it truly feels like home. This is entirely thanks to the amazing resident office staff, from David, the manager, to Kathryn, Crystal, Aimee, Victoria, and Kourtni. And of course, special thanks to the maintenance team as well. Everyone is consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. Any questions or requests I’ve had were handled promptly and with genuine care. It really makes a difference to live in a community with such a supportive and welcoming team. That is why I am still living here which has been few years and I Highly Recommend!

Be aware that this neighborhood is not gated, and as you can see, RVs are starting to encroach on the street. The elevators here are often out of service without any notice. Repairs take an indefinite amount of time, as the maintenance team has to coordinate with a third-party vendor. Also, I’ve been out of town for a few weeks, but all the mail and packages in my mailbox were stolen. This is not a safe community. —- Two days after posting this review the managing office reached out to me and provided the following explanations 1. RV Issue: when I initially reported this issue to the managing office, they claimed the RV was parked on a city road and that they couldn’t take any action. We recently lost our house keys as they fell down the garbage chute. We gave a call to the River View Apartments number and were surprised by how wonderful our experience was. Carlos from the maintenance team was on-call during this time and immediately came to our building to check if the garbage disposal room could be opened in hopes to find the keys. Even though we couldn’t find the keys the day we lost them, Carlos went out of his way to try and communicate our situation with the manager and the company responsible for managing the disposal area. Two days later, Carlos told us that the team at the garbage disposal had found the keys! (Anonymous Review) Really enjoyed living here for two years. The property is very safe & well maintained, with friendly staff and quick responses to maintenance requests. The buildings are solidly constructed, I never heard noise from neighbors, and the community stayed quiet, which was most important to me. Packages and mail were always secure. The move-out process was also smooth. They charged $200ish for cleaning which is reasonable. I would have happily renewed my lease if I weren’t relocating for a new job.
