River Title & Escrow LLC

If you want your title process to take 4 months then use River Title. Rawleight Simmons is the slowest person I have ever encountered. They said that our previous title company messed up the easement paperwork so they had to fix it. We then had to drive to the courthouse multiple times and do his leg work because he was unable to read the title paperwork and find the necessary documents. Then he finally gave us the paperwork that we supposedly needed our neighbor to sign the day before our neighbor sold his house. We had to again do his legwork and rush to our neighbors closing to get it signed.
