My Dad is a resident at River Run Apartments and has mention to me on numerous occasions about the excellent customer service, professionalism, and attention to details Mr. Alex Diaz (Maintenance Repair Technician) has provided him. Mr. Diaz often checks on my dad to ensure all of his maintenance needs are taken care of. If we have any maintenance requests, Mr. Diaz promptly addresses the issues. I personally want to say THANK YOU to Mr. Diaz for taking care of my dad’s maintenance needs with 5-star level service.

The heat was not working properly, so we called maintenance and Alex D. found the problem within the wall that has existed since the units were built! It took him 5 minutes! Clearly he is a seasoned professional. My apartment is warm and toasty again. Thank you Alex and thank you River Run for hiring a true Pro!

River Run has delivered on it's promise from the first day I moved in. My new home was in near perfect condition and the laudatory staff gave me all the support I needed. They've continued that professional standard since. For example, when I have submitted maintenance request they were promptly taken care of. The building and ground have been well maintained. Also, the monthly activities and events has been more then enough for me. My fellow tenants are friendly and easy to talk to. For me one of the best benefits has been River Run's location. Virtually all goods and services normally needed are abut 3 miles or less away. My gas bill has dropped by more than half since moving in.

I moved my mom into this apartment a few weeks ago. Throughout the move in process, Roberto was a massive help. He helped us every step of the way. Outlining, highlighting, and walking my mom through each document and all the necessary fields. He went above and beyond to make sure her application was submitted on time and approved quickly. He seems very involved in the community which reassured me that it would be a nice place for my mom to live. I could not recommend working with Roberto during your application process enough.
