River Run Apartments

I cannot say enough good things about these apartments. I lived there from 2021-2023, only left because my fiancé wanted to move closer to his work, had a nightmare with a different management company, and ultimately moved back to River Run Apartments in 2024. I would probably live there forever if I didn’t have to move to a different city. Not only does the apartment have a great modern look to it with white cabinets and black handles, the appliances are all stainless steel and it gives the apartment a very luxurious feel with being one of the most affordable places in the Green Bay area in my area. It’s so pet friendly too, my cat loved laying in the sunlight every day, and I got to meet the friendliest dogs either in the apartment or on the nice walking trail next to the apartment. The

Spectacular location. You are right next to East River Trail, so if you bike, walk, have a dog or absolutely love wildlife you will thoroughly enjoy this location. Plus your ability to get to downtown, farmers markets, shopping centers, you name it - this location has easy access everywhere. On top of that you these apartments are beautiful. Mine was a 2 bedroom/2 bath. My garage went directly into my place. Washer/dryer in the unit. Open concept. Stainless steel appliances. Vinyl flooring. Great neighbors. I always felt safe. I'm 66 years old.

I truly enjoyed my time living at these apartments. Area was very calm and neighbors all kept to themselves. Only "cons" I have is the a/c unit, a/c unit was only in the living room. I would have preferred some in the rooms as well or central a/c. Very peaceful area and dog friendly. I would certainly move back here if I had a chance in the future.

Well maintained, well managed property. You get so much for a great value with two bedrooms, in-unit laundry, and a garage. The grounds were well kept and the location was great. Maintenance requests were timely as well. Enjoyed renting here a lot!
