I’m not a resident at River Rock, but I visit often to see a friend — and every time I’m here, I’m impressed. The management is always friendly and professional, and it’s clear they care about keeping the community well-run and welcoming, even for guests. The property is always clean and well-kept, and the amenities are seriously impressive — from the sparkling pool and modern gym to the cozy community spaces. You can tell a lot of thought and effort goes into making River Rock a great place to live.

Property Manager Micheal gave us a tour yesterday. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very personable! The complex is very clean and well maintained.

We were former residents here and absolutely loved living in this community. Recently, we were considering moving back and wanted to stop by for a tour. We arrived around 9:55 AM and parked in the Future Resident Parking spot, planning to wait until the office opened at 10 AM. At 9:57 AM, the leasing office employee arrived. As she walked past our car, she gave us a noticeably unfriendly look. We didn’t think much of it at the time and waited a moment to give her time to settle in before approaching. However, as we were getting out of our car right around 10 AM, she came out of the office and walked up to us with clear attitude and immediately told us we had to leave — that we couldn’t be parked in Future Resident Parking without an appointment.
