River Rock Apartments

The team is absolutely amazing!! My wife and I were on hard times trying to find a place to live, and Shelly and Blanca were amazing! We had some issues with our credit and previous rental history, but they walked us through how to still get into our apartment. They went above and beyond to make sure we got into our place! It did take a while, but it absolutely was not on their end. When we finally got approved they celebrated with us! And they remembered us through the entire process, knowing us by face and name every time we came in. Absolute kickass team and willing to help! Thank you Shelly and Blanca so much for bending over backwards for us to make sure we got our home!

I want to say thank you to Shelly! She’s amazing so helpful and made things fast when I was in a hurry to move in, BUT, the manger is absolutely incapable of his job, this place is not safe at all and he does nothing to help the situation. My 10 year old son was threaten with a gun and nothing was ever done! I have had to call the police many times because the security team never shows up when you call them. My children and I moved out as soon as possible as we were scared for our safety

If I could put no stars, I WOULD! After moving here to escape homelessness, this place was a horrible place to reside! Not only did they allow their vendors to violate our privacy multiple times, our laundry was stolen and never recovered despite the 24/7 surveillance, our car was hit and when trying to report to our insurance, we came to the revelation that they allow tenants to have vehicles on property that don’t display a visible license plate, and our child was assaulted on property multiple times. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I have been a tenant at River Rock Apartments for 11 months now. I am writing this review to Thank Mikaela for outstanding service she has provided me with in keeping River Rock Apartments secure and safe. I take pride where I live and have been thanked personally for keeping my apartment clean and safe. As soon as a matter of business comes to light, leaky faucet or smoke detectors need battery replacement I know I can count on Mikaela to set the right and get someone from maintenance to stop by within two business days to fix the matter of business. I have here now for approximately 1.5 + years and have mixed reviews with the building in general, the exterior appeal, parking enforcement through third party towing services, along with my unit so much more outdated than the other units brought up to a modern standard. I take into consideration the age, amount of tenants, the location and abilities. The buildings are older with 24 hr monitored security along with key card gates and doors that are continuously broken into to access the building or property. They have let the lawn and yard go this year and during peak summer there was maybe 60% lawn still alive enough to treat and water.
