River Ridge

My husband and I have lived in the River Ridge Apartments since moving to Asheville in 2021. We've enjoyed our time here, but recently decided to explore other living options, as we had become disillusioned with management. We toured several properties in the region, and while lovely, they just didn't have the feeling of community that we've come to know in River Ridge. However, the property recently came under new ownership, as well as a new management team. We conveyed our concerns to them, and found them to be extremely responsive. They've truly gone the extra mile to keep us here. After discussions with the new team, we decided to stay in River Ridge and are transferring to a first-floor apartment. Jonathan has been working to insure that we have a seamless transition to our new home.

Long-term resident here, experiencing multiple ups and downs in the community over the years. Multiple changes in property management, included. I think this is the 4th time it has changed, since I've moved here. We have hope that the new folks will help bring River Ridge back to where it was in years passed. They have already shown their willingness to make things better for residents in various ways. There's attention being given to the property's appearance, and maintenance takes care of issues quickly and effectively. The office staff is friendly and courteous, which is appreciated. Jonathan in particular, always has a positive presence, and he always says hello or waves as he drives by. He says this place needs some love. We agree, and hope that they succeed in their efforts

We worked with Katelyn and she made the process seemless & enjoyable! From start to finish, she answered all the questions and guided us without being pushy to our fabulous home (which we are sooo excited to move into)! I've read reviews about poor help from management but luckily this is a new team. I am a little frustrated because they are charging us full price with no amenities yet but all we can do is hope they make up for it in a different way.

Not that great so far,the girl at the reception isn't not really welcoming and she is condescending. Because of her attitude I don't like to go in the office for questions. On the other, Johnathan is friendly and helpful

Been living at River ridge for 1 year now and it has been great. Jonathan and the new management team are extremely kind, professional, and helpful.
