River Ridge Apartments

I’ve been living here for 4 months, and honestly, I’m very pleased with the great treatment I’ve received. Dani, who works in administration, was very helpful during the application process. Whenever I had a question, she took the time to clarify it and always kept me informed throughout the process. The apartment felt like new when I moved in; it was well cared for and clean. David from maintenance takes care of complaints super quickly. Every time I see him in the building, he always asks if I need anything. The surroundings, the pool, and the green areas are always clean. Honestly, I don’t have any complaints about the complex. David and Dani have done, and continue to do, an excellent job. They truly make you feel like family ❤️

Completely disgusting treatment received by this apartment community management, they tell you apply fast take your money then for deposit then tell you another bs lie to deposit more money, then when you say I want my money back and cancel 7-10 days later sill haven’t received my refund after the allowed time with property management claimed. (Claim to be high end when they’re not and closed only for apointment… what a disappointment). Windows tinted and access to talk to them by appointment only, property management just scammers.

Moved from here because I thought I was going to move back to NYC so I didn’t renew my lease. I’m actually going to stay in Florida, so I’ll be reapplying. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. It was actually perfect while I lived here.

The maintenance worker today was very helpful. And he did a perfect job above and beyond. this Service was at the Marbella Pointe Apartments.

It's a nice place to live in and the people are nice. It's hard to get in touch with the office sometimes but overall I'm very happy with the place.
